Carpet Cleaning

Professional hot water extraction, or steam cleaning, to remove dirt, germs, allergens, stains, and more. Professional grade cleaners tailored to your individual cleaning needs. Our three step process includes pre-spray, agitation and extraction. This service does include area rug cleaning.

Tile and Grout Cleaning

Using the same professional hot water extraction and 3 step process, we clean tile and grout with tile specific tools and equipment, getting those grout lines squeaky clean and those tiles shining again!

Furniture and Upholstery Cleaning

We use our professional hot water extraction to deep clean furniture and upholstery as well. We can clean sofas, dining room chairs, mattresses, pillows, you name it! Pricing varies per furniture item. We can give free estimates over the phone.

Emergency Water Extraction

Did your hot water heater leak? Did your sump-pump stop working? We offer emergency water extraction services for smaller water emergencies. We extract the water on an emergency call basis, so you can then work with remediation companies to get your space dry again.

Pet Odor Treatment

Have a pet that keeps spraying? Moving into a property that had pets prior? We can add on professional grade enzyme deodorant as well as work to identify the source of the odor. We also sell bottles of professional grade spot cleaner and deodorizer to use in between services.

Sealant and Protectant

After your tile and grout has been cleaned, we can add on a sealant to protect those clean floors and keep it in top shape in between cleanings. This sealant leaves no residue and does not need to be stripped to be cleaned again. We also offer a protectant for furniture and carpet cleaning, as needed. Pricing varies per job.

Pricing

All floor pricing is by the square foot for both tile and carpet cleaning. We only charge for the exact areas we clean. Additional fees for deodorant and sealant may apply. We give free ballpark estimates over the phone with approximate room dimensions or square footage. smaller jobs are subject to a minimum charge.

Step 01

Call, message, fill out an appointment request form here on our website, or email us to get your appointment or commercial job/estimate scheduled. We will go over pricing, scope of work, job details and choose a time that works best for you. You will receive a text message with your appointment information.

Step 03

We will do a final walk through and give any advice on dry time, how long you should stay off of the surface or any other job related information. We leave and you enjoy your freshly cleaned home or business!

You will receive a text message when we are on the way to your service. Upon arrival we will do a walk through of the areas being cleaned, give you the price if we haven’t already discussed this, answer any questions and start the cleaning.
